If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. You may reschedule your session one time at no additional charge.

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may receive a full refund if you prefer not to reschedule.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.

If I need to cancel or am unable to provide your scheduled session, you will have the option to reschedule at no additional charge or receive a full refund.
